Pesticides In Our Food

If pesticides are used on our food to kill bugs and weeds, why do we think they won't kill us?  As they spray our food with pesticides, the bugs and weeds get stronger to survive the pesticides, so more and more pesticides need to be sprayed on our food.

In creating genetically modified foods designed to be strong, the farming industry accidentally created super weeds and super bugs that are resistant to pesticides, just like with antibiotics...The government raised the amount of pesticide that is allowed to be sprayed on our food. {Dr. Oz Show}

This is not good news!  All corn and soy processed today is genetically modified which means that 80% of processed food contains GMO corn or soy. On the other hand, organic foods have 94% fewer health risks than conventionally grown food!  Doesn't this make good old common sense to you?  My mom raised us on organic food way before it was popular, because she knew pesticides could not be good for us.

Pesticides are linked to ADHD and learning disabilities in children.  Birth defects, miscarriages, cancer, lymphoma, parkinsons, food allergies, and many other diseases have also been linked to the consumption of pesticides.  This is one reason we didn't vaccinate our children.  Have you ever read the list of toxic chemical ingredients in them?  Toxic chemicals affect the brain, especially in small children.

This is a list of foods you should not eat that are not organic:  apples, celery, cherry tomatoes,  grapes,  nectarines, peaches, potatoes, cucumbers, spinach, strawberries, and peppers.

Be wise in the food you feed your family. Buy organic when you can. Food Babe has some great ideas how to eat organic on a budget. Cook meals from scratch, staying away from processed food. Flood your body with nutrients and good foods, not medications and pesticides. Eat food as close to the way God made it for us. He is our Creator and knows what is best for us.

Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves:
be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
