Heal Skin Cancer, Warts, Moles, and Skin Tags with Black Salve

This is my opinion only!  I take no responsibility for the results you experience with Black Salve, but my family has had wonderful experiences with it. I bought it many years ago and I forgot who told me about it but it has gotten rid of moles, warts, pre-skin cancer, and skin cancer.  It truly is amazing. Not one thing that I have treated has EVER grown back!

If you have something growing on your skin, you put a big blob of it on a little round band aid and put it on your sore, mole, or wart. Wait twenty four hours, then take the band aid off.  Sometimes it stings a lot. This definitely means it is something that needs to go. If nothing happens, it means that there was nothing that needed to go.

I had a sore on my chest that was getting redder and wouldn't heal. I put some Black Salve on it and it immediately started stinging. It stung the whole 24 hours and when I took the band-aid off the sore was white, swollen, and full of puss. The thing that is great about Black Salve is it only goes after the cancer, wart, or mole. The skin around it gets a little red but that is all.

When you take the band aid off, clean the sore with hydrogen peroxide, put a dab of Vaseline or coconut oil on it (I bought my Vaseline at the health food store so there wouldn't be any petrochemicals in it), and put another small round band aid on it. Do this every day until it is healed. This is the key to having the smallest scar possible.  Sometimes it leaves a little scar, but if you went to a doctor, they would probably leave a bigger scar. You can get a fever using it. We've never gotten one but I heard it is possible as your body fights the injury.

Usually after ten days, the root will eventually fall out and leave a hole in your skin but it will heal. Sometimes if the wart or mole is a little stubborn, I will keep it on for 48 hours. I would suggest doing no more than one area at a time so you don't overwhelm your body.

I love finding things like this that I can take care of instead of going to the doctor. We have had amazing success with this and will keep on using it since it works so great! We have had our small jar for many years and all of my family uses it.

Like I said, I have used this for years and had amazing results. Recently, I had this sore right near my elbow that wouldn't heal. I put some Black Salve on it and immediately it began to burn. It burned the whole 24 hours and became red and swollen. Even when I took the Salve off and put Vaseline and a band aid over it, it burned for about a week afterwards. It was by far the biggest spot I have ever used this on. Puss and even a little blood oozed out from under the band aid. Here is a picture of it about ten days after the application ~

The big white thing is now the root. It should come out in a few days. (Yes, the good Lord didn't bless me with good skin. I freckle and wrinkle very easily and I am 56 years old with way too many years in the sun!)

Here it is several weeks later. This was by far the worse treatment so far. It was much bigger and deeper than I thought it would be. It was very swollen and painful for at least a week and then it "leaked" clear fluid and even some blood. I finally put on Manuka Honey on it yesterday to help it heal up faster and it did the trick! It will take a few more weeks for it to completely heal but it's getting there.

This is a picture about two months after applying the Black Salve. It is a flat red spot that will probably completely disappear in a few more months. I LOVE this stuff!

***UPDATE: It's been six months and I can barely see it!

5/13/2018: Here's one that I treated a few days ago on my neck. I will show you it in a few months to show how little scar it leaves!

***Here's an update on March 2021 of another spot that I did. I have done MANY in the past 17 years or so, but this was BY FAR the most painful and took longer to heal than any others. It must have been very deep. I had to apply Manuka honey a few times to it in order to help it heal.

I just found out you can order it HERE. One jar will last forever. We've had our one jar for many years, and we have shared it with others. You only need a tiny bit each time.

I am going to try that. I had to laugh because when I saw the title I thought it was about a black slave:)
I've actually heard of this before. It sounds great. I think I saw it in a home school herb catalog. Thanks for posting this.
Would it work on granulomas?

Black salve was my Granny's cure all! When I moved away for college she gave me some of hers in an old prescription bottle. I used it with great care for years until it ran out. No one in the family knew where she got it from and she has since passed on. I've looked for it many times unsuccessfully. So glad you posted this today so I know it's still possible to purchase. Thank you!

What is in the salve?

Wow, Lori. You are very gracious in your replies. I am very confused at ERDR's wife's response to your post. Maybe I missed something, but I can't find where in your post that you said anything against physicians. It is true that having a mole, wart, etc. removed by a doctor will probably leave a scar.

Science cannot explain everything and doctors certainly do not know everything about the human body. Going to the doctor for minor issues frequently leads to further testing and more invasive procedures. It is simply a fact that doctors are taught the worst-case scenarios with an emphasis on intervention rather than prevention. They are at their best when faced with emergencies, such as ERDR's husband is trained to do. However, a conservative estimate of medical errors makes hospitals one of the top 10 causes of death in the U.S. I think you are wise to avoid doctors when possible.

I would love to look into this salve, Lori! There are herbs that specifically fight cancerous cells. You do have a very balanced view on physicians. :)
Thanks for sharing!

Interesting. Might have to look into getting some soon.

Doctors are good, and surely have good intentions. Pharmaceuticals on the other hand are what I am most suspicious of and many doctors tend to rely on them fairly heavily. So for common ailments I also prefer to use something more natural.

Thank you for posting this. We all need to weigh our options carefully.

Blessings, April
I heard of this from an Amish man several years ago and have been trying to find it ever since. Thanks for sharing about it. Came visiting from the Homestead Barn Hop.
After 30 years of experience with different versions of this product, I can back up what Lori is saying. It is amazingly effective. Although I can't explain exactly how it works, what I have come to understand is that it has something to do with the difference in the cells (malignant vs normal/healthy) and how they react to the irritant. It is true that you can put it on healthy skin and it does not react like it does when cells have had a change. This is the beauty of it. The healthy cells are able to protect themselves, the malignant ones cannot. This has been studied and proven but as with anything simple and useful that can not be patented to regain massive study costs to get it approved - it goes no where. It has been attempted to change the natural combination of ingredients to a chemical counterpart that can be mass produced, but it looses something in the transition and that chemical counterpart does not have the same effect. And so, as with every one of these types of things (and there are many!) it has been targeted by the 'powers that be' to discredit, dishonor, and add fear so that the public does not have access to simple ways to solve general health issues on their own. I see the same patterns with pharmaceuticals as in food where people are taught to be fearful to eat anything that is not processed, sterilized and packaged. (Fresh milk, anyone?) It would definitely decrease profits for big pharma if we all knew the truth about our food and medicine. I will caution all who want to access this... 'Powers that be' target the people who are trying to distribute this, and very methodically close them all down - that is why it is hard to find. It is amazing that it has survived as well as it has... it is because it is incredibly effective.

Lori, I have not not read your blog before, but stumbled on it at the 'barn hop'. and just wanted to back up your experience with my own, because you will likely get hammered for speaking your truth. God bless the people that stand in their truth.

I remember my mother using black salve for first aid when I was growing up in the 50s.
Things like ingrown toenails and splinters--she said that it would 'draw out' the splinter.
Honestly I can't really remember if it worked well or not--it was a long time ago and I
was very young.
The black salve that she used came in a tube, and we just called it 'black salve'--I can't remember a brand name.
I'd like to learn more about this--sounds very interesting.

Thanks for sharing. You are doing a great job of sharing what works for you and encouraging others to look outside the box. I like to say, "Pray, there may be another way." : )

I have never heard of this but will definitely give it a try! I would love to have you share this on Thursday at Tasty Traditions: http://myculturedpalate.com/
Hi Lori, I love that you figured out that this works! I also high-5 myself when I can fix myself without going to the Dr. :) Do you have a list of the ingredients in this salve? Is this something that can be made at home?

Good Afternoon! I know this is way behind the conversation but I had to say my two cents worth, even if it is a day late and a dollar short as they say! My Gr.Grandma was an Indian medicine woman, my Grandma used herbs and salves for healing all her life, it was modern medicine that took her life. However, I am an herbologist and I agree with Lori here. I have studied used and trained in herbs and tinctures and the like for a bit over 40 years but nothing compares to the black salve that my Grandma used on us all as children. She told us that her Mother told her to use it. Do I think that it was the same black salve that my Indian Medicine Woman Gr Grandmother reccomended, probably not, but it worked the exact same as Gr Grandma's journals said.
I personally know the black salve works because when I was a young girl my baby sister and I were running through an abandoned building and she stepped on a nail that went totally thru her foot. Within a matter of just a few days there were red streak spidering out and the wound itself looked horrid. My grand mother put a dab of black salve on the top and the bottom of the foot (both holes) and then wrapped my sis foot with a small bandage and put a sock on it. The next day they took the bandage off and there was the nastiest stuff I have ever seen coming out of both holes. Grandma cleaned it up and put more salve on the bandaged it again. The next day, there was nothing coming from either hole. Within a few days, the holes were closing and the redness and pus was all gone. When we finally got the money to take my sis to the doctor, he told my Grandma she did good work! He was impressed at the way they were closing. I was convinced right then. And I now have Grandma's journals. I am the herbal junkie in our family!
Lori, I do not know you but I have spent this afternoon reading some of your posts and you make me proud. I would be proud to call you friend and to have your opinion on several topics. Hope you have a great day!!

Glad to see your post on Black Salve, I have been wondering where to get it. Over the past several years I had two friends (who don't know each other) use the salve for cancer (one on her cheek and the other on the top of his head). I don't remember how long each used the salve, but the cancer went away and didn't return.
Would it be too painful on a hand wart as far as anyone knows?

Just finished reading a lot of post on Black salve.........Miraculous. I to was raised on using this stuff. You can go to a local pharmacy that is an older privately owned business that carries unusual items from our past. It is called Ichthammol Ointment 20%. The pharmacy I bought it from was owned by a family from India...walked in asked for it and low and behold they had it. Only cost $5-6 bucks. Good luck. DO NOT try looking for it at Walmart or Walgreens or CVS.They wont know what you are asking for.

Hi Lori - am I right that I could put this on any mole? I have had this paste for years and not used it. Can you put it on any mole even if it's not 'cancerous'? Thanks!
