In a large pan:
Melt one stick of butter.
Take 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breast and cut them into long, narrow strips.
Lay in the pan on top of the butter.
In blender or Cuisinart add:
3 slices of whole wheat bread
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
Several stems of parsley or cilantro, if desired
Blend until crumbly.
Spread bread mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If it starts getting too brown, cover with tin foil.
I put this on top of my Homemade Spaghetti Sauce and whole wheat pasta with some Parmesan cheese.
