"You can't keep spoon-feeding the idea of what the perfect family is. It just doesn't exist," she said. "Even myself, I have two kids, their dad (Marc Anthony) doesn't live at home with us. I'm divorced. They have four stepbrothers and sisters from two other moms. It's not traditional." {Jennifer Lopez}
Well, you know what, I am going to keep spoon-feeding any of you who want to keep listening the idea of a perfect family. The idea of a perfect family is a mother and father who have children together. They raise them to be obedient, self-controlled adults. The parents live all of their lives together happily married until the day they die.
This scenario is no longer traditional in today's society but it certainly is according to the Bible. It is what the true Christian family should look like if you follow the guidelines the Lord has laid out for us.

God tells us exactly how to do it. Number one and most importantly ~ Marry a believer. Love, serve, please, respect, and obey your husband. Be joyful and willing to serve others. Have children and raise them in the nurture and the admonition of the Lord. Discipline them. Work hard and be generous.
His plan works. The many solid and happy marriages with children who love Jesus testify to God's plan for family life, the traditional way. It is the best way. Heed God's Word and obey it. He gives us commands so our lives will be good and to spare us from much heartache.
Show society what doing marriage God's way looks like. It is a beautiful thing and the majority of people want it. They just don't know how it works. Tell them with the way you live your life.
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers.
For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness?
Or what fellowship has light with darkness?
