Digging His Grave With A Fork

Many wives are digging their husband's grave with a fork.  It is so important that we learn all we can about health and feeding our family nutritious food. So many wives do not take the time to learn and cook their family healthy food which leads to all kinds of diseases.

Since fast food entered our society, home cooked meals have fallen by the wayside.  Many families spend loads of money on nice kitchens then spend little time preparing healthy meals.  Part of the problem is that women are so busy working outside of the home these days.  The last thing they feel like doing is preparing a meal when they get home.

This is why I think it is so important to teach women to be keepers at home.  Our families need good, healthy meals.  Losing your health is no fun!  After all, a car will not run well with bad gasoline so why do we think the human body is any different?  It does take a lot of time to shop for and prepare healthy meals but it is so worth it.

We must do everything in our power to help our loved ones be healthy.  I go to the health food store every three to four days.  I spend a lot of time making fresh salads, soups, and juices.  When my children were all home, I made a lot of healthy stews with homemade chicken broth.  {You can find all of my recipes on this blog.}

If your husband doesn't want to eat healthy, just do the best you can but you can start eating healthier.  He, one day, may decide he wants to eat healthy also, especially when he begins to develop health problems.  All my children like healthy food since they were raised on it.  It is a lot easier to want to eat healthy if you were raised as a child to eat healthy.

Emma, my granddaughter, is not even two years old yet but she loves drinking my fresh vegetable juice, eating salads with all kinds of vegetables in it, and eating my homemade soups. She loves healthy food because Erin is training her to like healthy food.

So don't dig your husbands grave with a fork if you can help it.  Learn all you can about eating healthy even if it takes a lot of time and effort.  It is a good use of your time in the end.

She looks well to the ways of her household,
and eat not the bread of idleness.
