Uncle Si Preaches the Gospel on National TV

Uncle Si Robertson of the Duck Dynasty was on Good Morning America. He wrote a children's book. While he was being interviewed, he gave the simple Gospel message ~

I wanted to tell the real Christmas story about how God became flesh willingly; died on the cross for what Si Robertson does wrong and the rest of the world; was buried in a tomb but the tomb couldn't hold him. Three days later, He rose from the dead.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:
for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth;
to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
Romans 1:16

Darius Rucker sings "What God Wants for Christmas" HERE.
Play it LOUD for your family and enjoy!

Merry Christmas to All of You

and May God Bless You Abundantly!

Many blessings to you also, Cynthia! Merry Christmas!
Uncle Si, its on like Donkey Kong!! He has made my family laugh with his talk. But when its time to talk seriously he says it like it is!!! I've read Phil's book and he talks directly. He doesn't mince his words. It's always to have people like Si, Phil, Ken, Lori who shoot straight and tell truth and direct That's what we need to hear. I follow Si on twitter and he always has good inspirational messages!!

Merry Christmas everyone

I've watched Duck Dynasty several times but never heard him talk about his faith so this was a VERY pleasant surprise! I always LOVE to hear believers who aren't afraid to speak Truth.
Merry Christmas to your family!

Thank you, Tiffany!
Wishing you a very Blessed Christmas and a 2015 filled with God's graces. When I read your blog, it reminds me of iron sharpening iron. We need that in our lives.

We sure do, Maria, and I prefer to only listen to preachers and teachers that challenge and convict me! I never want to be comfortable and complacent in my obedience to my Savior. Merry Christmas to you also, Maria!

Lori, I echo this. I frequently listen to hard, tough, challenging preaching because it grows me, convicts me, and forces me to decide whether or not I will repent of my sin. It's what I need to hear, not necessarily what I want to hear. It reminds me of God's chastening, as spoken of in the book of Hebrews. It takes a lot maturity to recognize the value of it, and I'm still learning--always learning, you might say. :-)

God's blessings to you and your family, Lori. Happy New Year!
Thank you, Lady Virtue! God's blessings to you also.
Merry Christmas, Ken & Lori

The Robertsons are all very vocal about God. Si is often quieter than Phil, Alan, Jase and Willie. I think that may be just because he isn't as in front of the camera on an individual basis. But he does speak a lot. It's a blessing to see people speak with such abandon and not worry about what people think.
