Healthy, Easy and Yummy Pizza


Yes, Ken loves Pizza! Most Americans love pizza, however, most pizzas that you buy in a box have ingredients which shouldn't be consumed by a human being. You should know what you are putting in your body and it should be food; nourishing and healthy food. I found an easy way to make a yummy and healthy pizza the Ken loves. Yay!

Ingredients ~

Homemade Spaghetti Sauce without the meat

Whole Wheat Pita Bread {Gluten can also be used.}

Any cheeses your family enjoys.

Organic Pepperoni {optional}

Broccoli {optional}

Organic canned mushrooms {optional}

Simmer the spaghetti sauce for a long time until it gets thick.

Put your pizza together the way your family likes it and then cook it until nice and crisp.

Enjoy!
