My Favorite Healing Products

These are my favorite healing products! They have all worked wonders in healing me instead of having to go to doctors and take drugs which I don't do well since my gut is so sensitive. The more we can build up our immune systems, instead of tearing them down with drugs and toxic chemicals, the healthier we will be and not have to depend on our expensive health care system.

The Clear Tract is for any one who gets urinary tract or bladder infections. I have gotten them so badly that I have bled. Whenever you get any type of infection, you should immediately go off all of all sugar and just eat nourishing food. Drinking warm water with lemon juice and honey is great for fighting infections. After a day or so of taking a small scoop of the Clear Tract every few hours, my infection is almost healed. In a few more days, it is completely gone. It is always more healthy to allow your body to heal an infection rather than a drug, if at all possible. Your body learns to develop immunity if it can heal itself on its own with no side effects.

As soon as you feel a sore throat coming on, take a teaspoon of the Manuka Honey. This is a powerful honey from New Zealand that kills bacteria and viruses. The last time I used Black Salve on a sore that wouldn't heal on my arm, it got infected so I put some Manuka Honey on a bandaid and covered my sore. The next day, the infection was gone. I have heard that it heals MRSA! After Cyber Knife treatment, my eyes developed blepheritis on my upper eyelids for some reason. The only thing I have found that keeps it under conrol is Manuka Honey mixed with water. Make sure you buy Manuka Honey that is raw and organic. The higher the number, the more potent it is and it lasts a long time!

The Black Salve is great for removing skin cancers, moles, and warts. I wrote about it extensively HERE. I added some pictures of the last treatment. It was painful for a week and the largest spot I had ever treated, but it worked beautifully!

I tend to get sores on the top of my nose that are skin damage from getting too many sunburns when I was young. I don't want to put Black Salve on my nose since it is a bit too strong. I heard oregano oil is great for healing pre-skin cancer. I tried some different brands of orgeano oil and they didn't work. I finally found doTERRA Oregano Oil. I put some on my nose and it stung. A light colored scab grew on it. After a week or so, it was completely healed up along with my red sores. I know it is good for other things but this is how it has helped me.

If you have found natural healing products that have helped you a lot, share it in the comment section if you'd like! Thank you.

On either side of the river was the tree of life,
bearing twelve kinds of fruit,
yielding its fruit every month;
and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

I had chronic bladder and yeast infections , rosacea for 2 years along with food sensitivities and bladder condition called interstitial cystitis for 20 years. A natural DR put me on some pills called Parastat for 2 months to get rid of parasites. Now I take HCL after each meal to digest my food, and I take DHA and fermented cod liver oil to keep my face clear of Rosacea. The amount of supplement I had to take in the beginning cost a lot of money, but it was worth every penny to not suffer with the slew of autoimmune conditions I had. my food sensitivities were so bad, anything I ate made my face red and burn and breakout . Now I can eat . <3

Have you heard of homeopathic remedies? They are immune system directives in that instead acting on the body like drugs or herbs they tell the immune system how to fix itself and it does. They have completely changed our lives! They can stop coughs in a matter of minutes, my son has a lot of health issues and spent too much time in the sun and showed signs of heat stroke (rapid heart rate, vomiting, fever) The right homeopathic remedy completely fixed him in 15min. We have used it to stop bleeding, anxiety, motion sickness, flu, general pain, infection, headaches, pinkeye, teething... so many things! They only cost about $6-$10 a bottle. They've been popular overseas for awhile but they're finally getting more popular in US. If you want to learn more about them there is a great book that has the correct remedy to use for each problem in a chart format. A used copy is only about $5.

I have suffered from horrible sinus infections ever since I was a teenager. The smallest cold would trigger the development of an infection that would last for 3 months. I just dealt with it and didn't know anything could be done about it.

When I had my 3rd child I developed it again as I would every year, but this time I was working with people teaching a class and the infection got so bad it embarrassed me because my enunciation was so terrible and it just gets ridiculous sounding so stuffed up all the time.

My friend's husband is an Osteopath and I went to him. I had never been to that type of doctor before and didn't really "get" what they do. Anyways, he spent 45 mins working on me. Pushing on my face. Holding my head. Even sticking his finger into the back of my jaw, Afterward I felt terrible and nauseous. He said I would experience a lot of drainage.

Well, I did and for two weeks I was nothing but snot. But I did get better. That was 6 years ago and I haven't had an infection since. He healed me.

About 5 years ago, I had plantar fascitis in my foot & a friend from church gave me some essential oil to rub on it. i was doubtful but did it to please her & I got a bad rash on that foot that itched for weeks & even scabbed over afterwards. So for me, I will not try essential oils again! This same friend was in her late 60's & got bronchitis & pneumonia that lasted almost a year & she died from that. Shortly afterwards, I developed a persistent cough for months that motivated me to change my eating habits for the better. I was thinking the same thing as you Lori...try to build my immune system. I didn't do anything drastic...just cut back on sugar & began eating more vegetables, especially dark greens, beets, carrots, sweet potatoes, etc. I figured anything with a vibrant color had to have loads of vitamins. One thing I do is purchase frozen spinach & kale, as I can slip a little of that EACH DAY into soup or salad or scrambled eggs or beans, etc. My kids are so used to it now, they don't even notice ( I cut the greens into small pieces with kitchen scissors.) I keep pickled beets in the fridge & put a scoop on every salad I eat, at least every other day. Anyhow, we have been amazingly healthy for the past four years & my complexion is so nice. I GIVE GOD ALL THE CREDIT for blessing my efforts, as He is where it begins. I believe He blesses our individual efforts, as we are all different. Another thing I've tried lately for occasional stomach upset or indigestion is a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Honestly I have been amazed at how effective that has been for me! Love & prayers, in Jesus, Cynthia

I love my Manuka Honey. I have been fighting sinus infection and drainage the last couple of days.I put a teaspoon in my hot tea and almost instantly feel better. I have the #16 grade(a little cheaper) but am sure the #20 is fantastic.:) Another product I take everyday is the Ultimate Flora
50 billion strain to build my immune system and to keep my gut healthy. We have had a huge influx of a flu strain in my state and I haven't had it yet.
Loved this article.
thanks

I need to book mark this post!
Powerful information.
Question: When you talk about urinary infections you said to go off all sugars but to take take lemon and Manuka honey. Since honey is very high in sugar do you mean to go off added sugars? When I get a urinary infection I do go off sugars so it helps so I would like to know about the honey

I'm a big believer in using the natural antibodies in breastmilk to heal sick babies and toddlers. A couple of drops of breastmilk in the nose or ears (then auctioned out after minute if needed) has healed wonderfully. I've kept a backlog of breastmilk in my freezer over the years. I forget what it was, but one of our children had a cut or injury recently that was nor healing up well and kept getting worse. I put a little breastmilk on it and it healed right up.

Have you ever burned your skin (curling iron, stove, etc)? If you have, you know that they can hurt tremendously, even if you've been running cold water over it for 30 minutes straight. I had a 410 degree burn a couple of months back and it was so painful that I was practically in tears. I tried everything I could think of and the pain was only getting worse. Then someone told me to run it under cold water once more and then wrap the burn up in aluminum foil for 15-20 minutes, followed by rubbing some olive oil on it to help prevent scarring. The pain was completely gone in 20 minutes and began feeling better after 5. The pain never returned and that large burn is almost completely invisible now.

Wow!!! This post and all the comments are totally intriguing to me. I wish I knew more. I'm about to take two of my kids to the doctor for what I think may be strep throat, and I sure wish I knew of an alternative treatment to antibiotics. :( I have struggled with bladder infections for years, so this is helpful. Thanks Lori.

I wanted to share with you this article (totally unrelated to this post, but right up your alley) that I found on Facebook this morning. It was SO good I just knew I had to share it with you!!! http://www.sunnyskyz.com/blog.php?blogid=610%2FI-...

I never used Manuka honey but am going to try to find some-sounds awesome. As for essential oils I admit I was skeptical at first but since getting hooked up with doTerra a year ago I am a believer. Jimmy was struggling with a bad flare of ulcerative colitis and had bad side effects from the treatment. The doctors wanted to remove his colon and give him two knee replacements-at 24 years old! A relative so generously bought us the Family Physician kit and he started a regimen of oil and blends meant for digestive health and immune support as well as a healthy diet of all whole foods. I am glad to say he is off all medications and in full remission! We are no longer relying on doctors for all of our healthcare needs.

We've used Black Salve and Golden Salve for years. The Black Salve worked wonderfully on a planters wart. The Golden Salve heals cuts, burns, and infections in record time with no scarring. We buy Nature's Sunshine brand and are very satisfied!!!

Hi Lorie, I have been reading your blogs for the past several years and have never commented until now. I was skeptical at first about some of the stuff you would say, you made me think, question and ponder many principles I had never thought of before. I love your blog because I can feel the truth of what you teach.
We both have a common interest in health, which is another reason I love your blog because most people don't eat and live healthy anymore. I commented today because I had a strong feeling I should tell you about a book I think you would absolutely love! The book is called LIVE WITH OUTRAGEOUS ENERGY! THRIVE WITHOUT FEAR, SICKNESS & DISEASE! By Karen Urbanek. I have had the privilege to meet Karen, she is truly a breath of fresh air and years ahead of her time. She is a believer and a mother to ten children. The book is on amazon, It's worth every penny and will change the life of anyone who reads it, only in the best ways possible.

I do have black salve sitting in my drawer – I've heard so many great things about it! I have never used Manuka honey, Lori! I love raw honey but have never specifically used that kind. I definitely want to get some. I've started making my own fermented foods like homemade kefir and kombucha. I plan to ferment some vegetables soon and would like my family to consume all three fermented foods daily for good gut health and immune system. I have seen a great improvement in our health already just from consuming these homemade fermented foods. I have really enjoyed reading this post and all the comments and suggestions of different remedies. I am always so amazed that God made so many different remedies for our health. I suffered from many health problems as a teenager and young adults until I started researching and trying natural remedies to heal my body. It has truly been a life-changing road for me.

Wow. I had bad UTI's also. I did some research about cranberry supplements and cranberry juice. Nobody seems to know what it has in it that fights the infection, but I drink a glass a day of cran juice and take the daily dose of supplement each day and they have never come back! I also always had semi-annual sinus infections and sporatic sore throats (live in the south, spring and fall bring all kinds of beautiful things, and allergies to go along with it). Another perk, the supplements also have lots of vitamin C and D. I didn't think anything of it until I changed brands (I use Sundown Naturals) and the other brand didn't have vitamin D. I got my bad cold symptoms back. I couldn't figure it out because after almost a year, I hadn't had anything and thought it was the Vitamin C. Looked on the label, and it also had vitamin D in the cranberry supplements I had used for so long, the new brand didn't have that but did have plenty of Vitamin C. So for me and my body, Vitamin D supplements are necessary! I bought that separately and have felt just fine ever since.

Thanks for this post. I would be interested in trying Black Salve.

Hi there, I am knew to this blog and have enjoyed it. I really like this post today and was curious if anyone here suffers from gluten sensitivity or perhaps celiac disease? I ask because a lot of the symptoms described here are symptoms of gluten sensitivities. I was recently diagnosed with celiacs and was having neorological problems along with other symptoms. After 2 weeks going GF my migranes went away and after 5 months all of my symptoms have disappeared:) There are over 300 symptoms related to Gluten intolerences. To find out if this is you, you could eliminate all gluten from your diet for 2 weeks to see if any of your symptoms let up, and then reintroduce gluten to your diet to see if your symptom comes back.....then you will know:) It can take a while for all symptoms to be gone, just varies from person to person. Maybe everyone here already knows this, but I thought I would share :) All I know is I suffered for along time and just don't want to see other people suffer if it is something as simple as gluten! Be Blessed- Jessica

I LOVE Manuka honey. I make sure I always have a container of it in my home. I've used it on a Brown Recluse spider bite (healed perfectly!), burns, sore throats, coughs, scars... amazing stuff!
This was a very encouraging post. One of the things that I have found that works wonderful is " Eden Salve". You have to order it from the bulk herb store only. I had read an article about it a few years back and one of my children had terrible road rash from a four wheeler accident and I used it on her face (it was horrible road rash) and within one week it was cleared up. I put it on at least 3 times a day! People were so amazed when they saw her the next week that they were begging me to tell them what I used. It also works for bee or wasp stings. I got stung by a bee recently and I felt like my finger was on fire. It was turning red and starting to swell and I ran in the house and put some on and it was immediate relief. The redness and swelling went down!
I love natural healing agents. Thank you for sharing these (:
Thank you so much for this! I know it's an old post (can you tell I am going through your "health" section now?) but I had never heard of this type of honey. A friend of mine is a beekeeper and they use raw honey on all sorts of things--even wound care! However, she's out of raw honey so I plan to buy the type you recommended here. Thank you thank you for these helpful health posts!
